To access full withdrawal functionality, 3jl1 requires KYC verification. Acceptable Philippine government-issued IDs include: SSS card, PhilHealth card, UMID, driver's licence, and passport. A clear selfie is also required. KYC is processed by the 3jl1 compliance team and typically completes within a few hours on business days.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3jl1 will never request your password through any channel. Notify 3jl1 support immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 3jl1 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain credential security.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting 3jl1 support via live chat or email. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method following standard processing procedures. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise specified.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal funds must be directed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to minimum withdrawal amounts. 3jl1 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank) are processed same-day for requests submitted during operational hours. 3jl1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
3jl1 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) policies consistent with Philippine financial regulations. 3jl1 may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits or withdrawals above defined thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal hold or Account suspension pending further investigation.
3jl1 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement and take precedence over the general provisions of this Section 6.
All games available on the 3jl1 platform are supplied by independently licensed and audited game providers including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Habanero, and Spadegaming. Each provider's games operate under their own certified random number generator (RNG) systems, which 3jl1 does not modify.
The outcome of all games on 3jl1 is determined by the respective provider's certified RNG. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3jl1 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the 3jl1 platform — including but not limited to the 3jl1 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, software interfaces, and written content — is the proprietary property of 3jl1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3jl1 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works based on any 3jl1 content.
Game content displayed on 3jl1 — including game artwork, audio, animations, and mechanics — remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to 3jl1 for display purposes. Players may not copy, extract, or reproduce any game content.
3jl1 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the 3jl1 Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and use of the platform — including identification documents, payment method details, device information, and gameplay history — is used for account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 3jl1's internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines.
To submit a formal complaint, Players must contact 3jl1 in writing via the support email address provided on this site, including their Account username, a description of the dispute, and any relevant transaction references. 3jl1 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days.
3jl1 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the 3jl1 platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 3jl1 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.3 of these Terms. Any Real Money Balance held at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.
